Chat Support

Visit the Firescope website (https://eng.firescope.io) and click on Help Desk button in the bottom right or access the Chat Inquiry Page.

By clicking the "Start a chat" button, you can directly ask questions.

When submitting a direct inquiry, please enter your question and make sure to provide your name, phone number and e-mail address.

You'll receive an alert of the consultant's response via text message to the contact number you provided.

If you receive the response alert via text, kindly use the link button just below the message to reply on the chat consultation page.
