Inventory Management

To manage your green coffee inventory, whether it's a single origin or blend, you first need to create the inventory information for the coffee. Refer to the guide on creating green coffee inventory to get started.

Recording Inventory Changes through Roasting Information

When you have inventory information for your green coffee, the input and output quantities entered during roasting will automatically be reflected in the coffee's inventory.

  1. On the roasting page, either create or select the green coffee information.

  2. When entering roasting information, input the roast input and output quantities. Saving this information will update the inventory.

When reflecting inventory quantities, the input quantity decreases the green coffee inventory, and the output quantity increases the bean inventory.

For blends, inventory quantities are reflected differently based on the blending method.

  • For pre-blends: The inventory of individual single green coffees decreases based on their percentage in the blend's input. The blend's output increases the bean inventory.

  • For post-blends: Since the post-blend is selected as a single before roasting, the inventory of individual single green coffees decreases. Once the post-blend is produced according to the composition ratio, it is added to the bean inventory of the post-blend.
