Giesen WxA

1. (Very Important) Verify Compatibility

Roasters that can be integrated are WxA, WxA+ models (W1A, W6A, W15A, etc.) that have LAN ports or the control tower.

2. Preparation and Network Configuration

Preparation

A 'cross LAN cable' is required. Generally, cables purchased are 'direct LAN cable,' and they may not work for connecting to the Giesen roaster. Please purchase a cable of appropriate length needed for your operation to connect to the computer.

Network Configuration

Configure the network for the relevant operating system as follows

1. To set up a static IP address on your PC, you must first go to the Ethernet Settings menu.

For Windows 7, 8: Start - Control Panel - Network and Sharing Center → Click on [Change adapter settings] in the left bar.

For Windows 10: Start - Settings Icon - Network and Internet → Click on [Change adapter settings] in the left bar.

Right-click on the icon with "Local Area Connection" or "Ethernet" and select Properties from the menu (Please ignore the disabled label in the image).

In the Local Area Connection Properties window, select Internet Protocol Version 4 (TCP/IPv4) and press the Properties button.

If it appears as below, you can enter the IP addresses of the roaster.

Below, you'll find a table to fill in the information that corresponds to the model you want to connect. Provide the details accurately, and you'll be good to go!
