You can review your current subscription plan and payment details by following these steps:
Log in to your account on the [Payment page] ().
Once logged in, you can view your subscribed plan and payment history.
Firescope accepts payments via debit or credit card. Subscription fees are charged upfront based on the selected period (annually or monthly). We support card payments via Visa, MasterCard, and JCB only.
Upon your first payment, your card information will be registered. Subsequent charges will be processed based on your billing cycle. For any changes to your payment card, please contact us at .
Firescope offers Free, Small, Medium, and Large subscription plans. Each plan varies based on the number of stored roasting records.

This is the annual subscription plan for Firescope. For monthly, please visit .
The number of roasts applicable to your plan is counted based on the number of roast records stored in the Firescope app.
With subscription: The number of roasts used from the billing date to the next billing date.
Without subscription: The number of roasts used from the 1st of the month to the end of the month.
You can subscribe to Firescope on an annual or monthly basis. Billing amounts and schedules differ depending on the billing cycle.
Annual subscriptions are offered at a 20% discount compared to monthly subscriptions.
Subscribed plans renew automatically each month or year.
For annual plans, the renewal date will be the same date as the original purchase date in the following year.
For monthly plans, the renewal date will be the same date as the original purchase date in the following month.
For example, an annual plan purchased on May 3 will renew on May 3 of the following year, while a monthly plan purchased on May 3 will renew on June 3.
Click on the [Change plan] button in the [Current plan] section.
Select your desired billing cycle and plan, then click [Proceed].
Enter your payment card information. A receipt will be sent to the email address you provided.
If the registration process is completed correctly, your chosen plan will be subscribed.
You can upgrade or downgrade your Firescope plan freely. Billing cycles can also be changed. Plan changes follow the same steps as subscribing, and can be proceeded once there is a valid card registered on our system.
Plan changes follow these steps:
The remaining period of the current plan is prorated and refunded as credit.
If the new plan fee is greater than the credit, the difference is charged. If it is less, the remaining credit is applied to the next billing.
