How to subscribe to a paid plan

At Firescope, you can subscribe to a paid plan using any Mastercard or Visa debit/credit card, or via bank transfer.

Subscribing with a card

When you pay with a card, the subscription fee is charged upfront for the entire billing period (monthly or yearly).

  2. Go to Settings from the main menu, then open the Subscription & Billing tab.

  3. Click Subscribe to a Paid Plan at the top.

  4. Choose your preferred plan and billing cycle.

You’ll be redirected to the Stripe payment page.

  5. Add your card information and complete the payment.

Subscribing with a bank transfer (annual only)

Bank transfer payments are currently available only in select countries. If you contact us here, we’ll guide you through the process in order.

Payment Failures

If a payment attempt fails during your billing cycle, your subscription features will be limited starting the next day.

During a 3-day grace period, Stripe will retry the payment once per day. If the payment succeeds, access is restored immediately.

Common reasons for payment failure include:

  • Insufficient limit

  • Card expiration

  • Card cancellation

  • Incorrect card password attempt-limit issue

If you update your payment method during the grace period, and a retry succeeds, your subscription will continue normally.

If the payment still fails after the 3-day grace period, the subscription is automatically canceled.

To use paid features again, you can simply start a new subscription.

You can check the specific reason for a failed payment by visiting the Billing Management Page.
